School Days Museum

The School Days Museum, in Fredericton, is underway with construction of a Consolidated School. This will depict the 50's where the classroom set up will feature desks, chalkboard, maps, abc cards, a teacher mannequin dressed to the fashion of the time, cases of memorabilia including Dick and Jane, and much more.

The One Room School is also here to visit. A new flat screen television holds a wealth of information on the history of the school system. The museum staff is looking forward to another successful season.

Also, if you have any artifacts circa the 1950's-- clothing, pictures, lunch boxes, school bags, glue bottles (with the pink top) and a wig that you would like to either loan or donate for the exhibit, please contact the following;

A visit to the museum is a great way to spend a summer afternoon while in our capital city!
